Archive FAQ
Send a short note to our licensing desk at info@fillinrecords.com with the catalog number or artist name. We usually respond within two business days. Review copies are provided as private streaming links or high-res downloads, depending on the format you prefer.
Every entry lists the original release date, recording location, session credits, and the equipment used during tracking. You'll also find background notes on the production techniques and the story behind the session. For most titles, we include a downloadable press kit with liner notes and hi-res artwork.
Yes. We handle sync licensing directly for most of the catalog. Tell us about the project, the cue sheet, and the territory you need. We'll confirm availability and send a licensing agreement with clear terms. Our turnaround for sync requests is usually under a week.
We accept demo submissions from independent artists and labels. Send a streaming link (not a download) to info@fillinrecords.com with a short bio and the recording location. We listen to everything, but due to volume we only reply to projects we think fit the archive's sound. Please allow 3–4 weeks for a response.
For a handful of titles, we hold limited vinyl pressings and original tape transfers. These are noted individually on the release page. If you're a collector or radio station looking for a physical copy, reach out and we'll let you know what's currently in stock.
Absolutely. Each catalog page includes a full liner notes section with session dates, musicians, and the recording chain. For radio programmers or academic use, we can send a PDF with extended credits and technical notes. Just email us with the catalog ID and your deadline.
