It covers the essential steps before a tape or digital file reaches our review desk: audio cleanup, metadata formatting, and a basic session sheet that lists the instruments, recording location, and original release date.
This kit is built for musicians who recorded at home or in a small studio and never had the time to organize the paperwork. Instead of sending a loose folder of WAV files and a vague email, you get a structured package that our curators can actually work with. The result is a submission that reads like a proper archival entry, not a random upload.
What you receive is a fixed set of deliverables: a standardized tracklist with durations, a one-page liner note draft, and a checklist of what still needs to be documented before licensing conversations can start.
